Innovation Strategy for the Development of Chinese Investment Bank
研究了中国投资银行从专业业务向多元化业务转型的挑战，提出了四种战略业务模式：大型投资银行、金融控股集团、战略联盟和专业经纪公司。
Chinese investment banks are facing the challenge of transition from specialized business to diversified business,which is a long-term process and should be developed in a proper sequence. Investment banks must adjust the competitive strategies in accordance with the market situations so as to improve their competitiveness. Four strategic business models are proposed in this paper,i.e. Large-scale Investment Bank,Financial Holding Group,Strategic Alliance,and Specialized Broker Firm.
