从社会保障视角分析城乡二元制度对城市化的影响，并针对不同城市化类型或阶段提出新的社会保障制度，包括新的补偿措施或直接纳入社保体系。
From the view of social security, this article analyzes the influence of social security under city country dual institution on urbanization. Then, in light of different types or phases of urbanization, it puts forward a newly social security institution adopting new compensation measure or bringing into social security system directively.
