THE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-TECH INDUSTRY IN SUBURBAN AREA IN CHINA——AN INTRO-PRODUCT SPECIALIZATION PERSPECTIVE
研究中国大城市郊区高科技产业兴起的原因和影响，从产品内专业化视角分析外资驱动现象，并以闵行笔记本电脑产业为例探讨优化路径。
Supported by foreign capital,the high-tech industries regularly emerged in the suburban areas of Chinese metropolises in recent years.This paper mainly analyzes the cause as well as the possible influence of this phenomenon in terms of intro-product specialization.We believe that the phenomenon is a consequent outcome of the international industry transfer,which displays the transnational corporations’ pursuits for profits,and also shows the advantage of suburban areas in production element and in transaction cost.Thus,it provides China the basis to develop the high-tech industries.However,without effective guidance,the contradiction between the transnational corporations and the local authorities may lead the host areas to the trap of comparative advantage.This paper will take Laptop Industry in Minhang as an example to explore an optimizing way.
