RESEARCH ON THE HIGH SPEED INCREASE OF CHINESE MARINE ECONOMY IN 1990s AND THE PROSPECT FOR THE NEW CENTURY
分析了1990年代中国海洋经济高速增长的原因、增速、在国民经济中的比重及主要海洋产业的特点，并展望21世纪发展前景，提出可持续发展政策建议。
Several problems are analyzed in the present paper,including the cause and the growth rate of the high spped increase of marine economy in 1990s,its proportion in national economy and the increase and the characteristics of main marine industries.And the developmental prospects of marine economy in 21st century are prospected.Some policies are put forward for the sustainable development of marine economy and building China into a powerful marine nation.
