Study from a New Angle on Motives for Cooperative R&D in Information and Electronic Industry
现有文献从技术特性、研发过程和市场条件三方面分析合作研发动机，但信息与电子产业有其特殊性。本文提出以企业间合作实现产品兼容与联动的新视角，并通过模型和实例加以论证。
The motives for cooperative RD analyzed in the current literature mainly lie in three aspects:motives related to the properties of technology,motives related to the process of RD,and motives related to the conditions of market. But information and electronics industry has its own particularity. It puts forward a new angle to study the motives of cooperative RD and demonstrates it through a model and an example. The new angle is focused on inter-enterprise cooperative RD which is to realize the compatibility and linkage of different products.
