Studies on Stratagem Decision-making and Modeling in the Development of Urban New Area
针对中国快速城市化进程中新区开发的战略不确定性，提出了三种策略决策模型（常规模型、渐进模型、价值论模型），并讨论了其理论基础、基本特征和适用条件，以指导模型选择随战略环境变化而调整。
Because of strategic uncertainty of new development areas in the rapid process of urbanization in China,people could not forecast the future distinctly,and may be bankrupt in the development of new area.In the first,the paper pointed that the stratagem and decision-making is very important in the development of new area.In the second,according to the degree of strategic uncertainty,the paper put forward three models of stratagem decision-making(normal model,piecemeal model,axiology model),and discussed theoretic basement,elementary characteristic and condition in point of these three models.In the end,the paper also proposed that the choice of model will be regulated along with the change of strategic environment,in order to achieve the best state.
