Comparative Analysis on Efficiency of Construction Land Expansion Based on the Different Perspective: A Case Study of Tongzhou in Jiangsu Province
以江苏省通州区为例，采用数据包络分析方法，从时间序列总投入效率和年均增量投资效率两个视角，比较分析了建设用地扩张的经济、生态和社会效率，发现经济效率增长较快但生态和社会效率被忽视。
The purpose of this paper is to provide comparative analysis for construction land expansion efficiency of Tongzhou in Jiangsu province based on the view of time-sequenced total input efficiency and annual average incremental investment efficiency.Method employed is the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) which variable returns to scale.The results are:(1) The average efficiency based on different output and perspectives both showed increasing trend,but the economic output efficiency increase is relatively larger.(2) The efficiency value appear to be relatively high in the perspective of annual average incremental investment,which reflecting the elements use level,resource allocation and returns to scale have higher degree.(3) From the view of different efficiency types,pure technical efficiency with different input and output are both higher than scale efficiency,which reflected the technical progress contribution have higher degree than factor scale to meet the need;but technical efficiency to economic output is higher,which reflected people only pay more attention to economic efficiency and ignore the ecological and social efficiency in the process of technical progress.
