A STUDY ON CITY COMBINE IN THE LIAOXI CORRIDOR
研究了全球化背景下辽西走廊四个城市（锦州、葫芦岛、兴城、凌海）组合成走廊型城市群的必要性、促进措施和区域效应。
Globalization has increased competition between cities and regions. Regional integration become more and more popular choice of neighboring cities. There are four important cities: Jinzhou, Huludao, Xingcheng and Linghai in the Liaoxi corridor. They have close economic and traffic connection. They will become city combine of corridor type. This paper put forward the conception of combining the four cities in the Liaoxi corridor, discussed its necessity, measures of promoting and the regional effects of city combine.
