A RESEARCH ON INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURAL DIVERSION AND POLICIES OF HAIKOU CITY
研究了海口市直接进入服务经济、跳过工业化的产业结构偏离问题，发现第二产业占比过小制约了其他产业发展，并提出了政策建议。
Haikou city is a city with typical economy of service. That means that the industrial structure of Haikou city changed directly into service economy without industrialization. Since 1949, the industrial structure of Haikou city show that the proportion of the third industry's production value kept majority and went up year by year, otherwise the first industry kept reduction. The key problem of the Haikou city's industrial structure is that the second industry occupies a part too small in GDP, which becomes limited to the development of the third industry and the first industry. Because of the specific weight in the GDP over high, the total production value of the third industry exceeds total production value of the first industry and the second industry by two times, obviously deviating the general regulation that turns into the world industrial structure. Policies should set up to solve the urban industrial structure.
