Evaluation of Comprehensive Land Use Efficiency Based on TOPSIS
从建设用地和农业用地两方面，用加权TOPSIS法评价中国31个省份2008-2010年的土地利用效率，发现全国平均效率值仅约0.28，并提出提高效率的对策。
From the two aspects of the construction land and agricultural land,the article created a comprehensive land use efficiency evaluation model of China's 31 provinces from 2008 to 2010.It made quantitative evaluations on their agricultural land efficiency,construction land efficiency and integrated land use efficiency with introduction of the coefficient of variation method to determine the weight,combined with the weighted TOPSIS method.The research showed that : ① Land use efficiency in China is low,and the national average integrated land use efficiency value is only about 0.28 in 2010;② The input-output ratio of land use in China is too high;③There are significantly different issues on land use efficiency of different manners of land use in different regions.In this regard,the article proposed countermeasures and suggestions on the high efficiency of land use.
