Study on Overall Planning of Urban and Rural Space in Grain Producing Area of Jilin Province
以吉林省为例，从空间视角分析粮食主产区城乡一体化发展的困境，提出基于粮食增产、农民增收和经济增长目标的城乡空间总体格局与实现路径。
It is an awkward situation for grain producing area in China,that there are many granary counties own poor county economies.How to speed up the famers’income growth or raise their enthusiasm to produce food puzzled the governments for quite some time.Worse,a lot of investments driven by local benefits and urban construction encroach on the high quality farmland.These all threatened the securities of grain production of the country.This paper,a case study of Jilin Province,is supposed to analysis the predicament of urban-rural integrative development in grain producing area from the space perception,and put forward the overall urban-rural space pattern and realization path based on the targets like food productions growth,farmer incomes increase,and economic growth capacity in grain producing area.This research is to present the pattern of the overall planning of urban and rural space for less developed major grain producing areas in north of China.
