An Empirical Analysis on Non-Agricultural Utilization of Land in Suburb of Developed Area——A Case Study of Daxing District in Beijing
本文基于北京市大兴区的面板数据，实证分析了郊区农地非农化的影响因素，发现工业化和城市化是主要驱动因素，但城市化可能有利于土地规模经营，而外资和建筑业则加剧了农地流失。
Based on retrospection for Non-agricultural utilization of land in Daxing district of Beijing,this paper analyzes empirically impact factors of land conversion in suburb built Fix Effect Models using Panel data.The results indicate that industrialization and citilization are main factors of land conversion,but the latter may be in favor of land scale management.Foreign investment stimulates Non-agricultural utilization of land and don't benefit land scale management.Architecture industry and real estate industry are direct impetus of that.Increase of labor in secondary industry results on decrease of arable land,and don't makes effect of land scale management prospectively.Situation of management on agriculture makes a distinct effect on farmers' decisions about land conversion.
