COUNTY ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT IS PROMOTED BY THE KEY LEADING ENTERPRISES IN AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIALIZATION IN SHAANXI
研究了陕西省农业产业化重点龙头企业（多为乡镇或民营科技企业）在县域经济中促进主导农业选择、规模化经营、科技推广和出口型农业发展的积极作用，并提出政府需完善分类选择、动态监管和立法等规则。
In Shaanxi province, the key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization are mainly township enterprises or private science and technology enterprises, and most of which are distributed over county area. These enterprises play key positive roles in selection and durative development of leading agriculture, large scale agriculture land management and popularization of the agricultural scientific technology, as well as the development of agricultural export-oriented economy in county area. In order to play better role, Chinese government need further perfect the rules and regulation on classified choose, dynamic supervision and legislation about the key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization.
