COMPARATIVE ADVANTAGE THEORY AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE DISTRICT SPECIALIZATION——WITH FUJIAN PROVINCE AS EXAMPLE
用比较优势理论分析福建省各县主要农产品的区位商，发现多数县有优势农产品但主导产品不突出，提出按生产优势建立农业专业化部门是解决三农问题和协调县域经济发展的有效途径。
The paper discusses the development of agriculture district specialization with the theory of comparative advantage.The theory deduces that it is a valid way of realizing the growth of agricultural efficiency and improving the whole agriculture production level by establishing agriculture specialization departments according to productive advantage.Based on Fujian province,the paper analyses the comparative advantage of main farm produce with location quotient and the average method.The results are as follows:there is one or several farm produce which has notable comparative advantage in most counties in Fujian;The initial step of agriculture district specialization has been taken into practice;But dominant products are not notable at present in most counties;The specialization production and the natural conditions of the agriculture resources are inconsistent.So it'll be a valid way to solve the farming-farmer-countryside problem in Fujian and harmonize the economic development between counties by establishing agriculture specialization departments according to productive advantage of different counties.
