回顾浙江海洋经济60年发展历程，强调海洋意识增强、产业快速增长及资源开发，提出未来应加快海洋强省建设、实施区域联动战略，使海洋经济成为新一轮增长引擎。
The 60-year developing history of marine economy in Zhejiang Province is regarded to be a journey during which the ocean sense is unceasingly strengthened and marine economy system is continuously innovated.During the period,marine industry grew up at great speed and the exploration for marine resource was intensified constantly.Especially for the period since the initiating of Reform and Open Policy,Zhejiang,centering on the market economy,have been seeking after a new mode for its marine economy development.Marine economy in Zhejiang has completely broken through its traditional concept.It has gradually transformed to a comprehensive new integrated economy system in which land and sea is combined together as an integration.Since the world entered the new century,marine economy in Zhejiang shall be concerned from a global prospect.Construction pace of Marine Based Zhejiang shall be speeded up;carry out the Regional Linkage Development strategy,and impel the further exploration and comprehensive utilization of marine resource,making marine economy be the important engine of Zhejiang new round economy growth and the powerful leverage for the sustainable development of economic society.
