The adjustment and transfer of global industrial structure lead the international industry division changing from between industries to within industries and then within products.External trend and new requirement promote the rapid development of producer services,and the spatial agglomeration of producer services(SAPS) has an important impact on the rise of world cities,reconstruction of regional urban hierarchy and shaping urban inner space.There are many factors play a significant role in SAPS in macro-and meso-scale,including infrastructure(as the material condition of urban development),institutional environments(as the civil condition of urban development),human resources(as the urban intelligence support element) and market hinterland(as the urban spatial intensity).On the other hand,SAPS will have a positive influence on boosting urban economic development,reshaping urban spatial structure,and supporting the city with global operations.
