Traffic problems and its development policy in metropolis China
分析了中国城市化及大都市机动化带来的交通问题，提出以快速轨道交通为骨干、引导企业外迁以缓解中心区压力的政策建议。
The article analyses the nature of the problems brought by the urbanization of China and the increase of mobiles in its metropolises. It suggests the metropolitan transportation planning and management to combine organically the mobility and accessibility. One measure is to encourage the development of urban rapid rail transit system as the backbone of the metropolitan transportation; the other one is to adopt effective policy measures to guide the diffusion of the enterprises located in the central district of the metropolises to the outskirt so as to reduce the transportation and environmental pressure on the center of the city and promote the development of multi-center network cities.
