PROGRAMMATIC CDM IMPLEMENTING ISSUES AND PROSPECT
分析了规划类清洁发展机制（PCDM）的国际规则、实施经验、优先领域、障碍及未来研究方向，认为PCDM在中国有良好前景，能减少温室气体排放并促进可持续发展。
Based on the brief introduction to programmatic CDM international rules and implementing experiences from the PCDM case studies,the article conducted analysis on priority implementation areas of PCDM,and further sorted out the implementing barriers and difficulties as well as the future research topics.By analyzing the key factors that affect PCDM implementation,the authors hold the opinion of PCDM would be with great implementing prospect in China.PCDM activities will not only help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions,but also facilitate sustainable development of the host country.
