University-industry-research institution Strategic Alliance and Firms' Original Innovation Capability
用事件研究法检验广东省政府与两部委建立的产学研战略联盟对企业原始创新能力的影响，发现短期内有作用但统计上不显著，实际数据不支持联盟能提升创新能力的共识。
It empirically explored the effect of university-industry-research institution( UIR) strategic alliances which were established by the government of Guangdong province and two ministries on the enterprises' original innovation capability by using event study. The results show that taking part in the UIR strategic alliance affects enterprises' original innovation capability in the short period. However,this conclusion is not significant in statistic. That means the consensus view that taking part in the UIR strategic alliance can improve the enterprises' original innovation capability can't get support from the actual data. Finally,the relevant policy implications were given based on the results.
