On Reasonable Implementation of Intellectual Property Rights System and S&T Reward System
基于制度经济学理论，探讨知识产权与科技奖励在实施中的关系，分析我国两项制度的不足并提出改进建议。
It discusses the relationship in implementation between intellectual property rights and ST reward in the light of system economics theory. Based on this discussion,it analis-es those shortcomings in the implementation of intellectual property rights and ST reward in our country,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the two systems.
