In knowledge economy environment,the major factors which decide the competitive position of enterprise have been changed gradually from the real asset and financial asset to the knowledge factors. Personal knowledge forms the enterprise competence only when it can be integrated into enterprise knowledge and tied with other resources,and therefore affects the competition status. So the researches on knowledge integration are significant to the enterprise competition in knowledge economy environment.
