AN EMPIRICAL RESEARCH ON THE COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR THE INNOVATION PERFORMANCE OF URBAN INNOVATION SYSTEM IN CHINA
构建了从创新成果和创新效率两个角度评价城市创新绩效的综合体系，并用中国五个创新型城市的实际数据验证了其可靠性和实用性。
This paper constructed the comprehensive performance evaluation system of the innovative cities which is used to make the overall and comprehensive evaluation to the innovation performance of cities separately from the both points of the innovation achievements and innovation efficiency.Finally,the study made an empirical analysis of the evaluation system by use of the actual data of China's current five innovative cities,and the result is basically consistent to the innovation practice of those 5 cities.The study showed that the evaluation system is reliable and practical.If the real-time monitoring and the countermeasure research are carried on to the different stages of the cities' innovation development by the use of this the evaluation system,it will provide the important reference value and practical significance.The evaluation result will have important theoretical and practical significance to developing innovative strategies,the configuration of innovative resources,enhancement of the efficiency of innovation and the development of innovative environment etc.
