RESEARCH ON DEVELOPING MODEL OF THE SMALL TOWN IN SHAANXI PROVINCE
分析了陕西省小城镇发展的特点与优劣势，提出小城镇发展需结合区域优势资源、非农产业扩张和生态环境治理，并针对不同地理区域和城镇化类型区提出了发展模式和政策建议。
On the basis of analysis of the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of small towns' development in Shaanxi province, the author considered that the development of Shaanxi small towns must integrate with its regional advantage resources utilization, non-agricultural industries expanding and eco-environment harness. Besides, laying emphasis on the most important small towns' growth, adjusting measures to local conditions and choosing suitable developing models are also needed to carry out. In view of that, the author has brought up the developing models of small towns under the condition of the Shaanxi three geographical regions and six different urbanization type zones. In order to promote the small towns' development, some policy propositions have been suggested in the last part of the paper.
