Temporal-Spatial Differences Analysis on the Contribution of Marine Industrial Structure Change to Marine Economic Growth in China

It uses the calculation method of multiple industries which is based on the contribution of industrial structure.It analyses the evolution characteristics on the contribution of marine industrial structure change to marine economic growth from 1997 to 2011 and spatial differences in the coastal areas. Then it studies the relationship between marine industrial structure change and the economic growth. The results show that the trend of contribution of coastal regions is decreasing from 1997 to 2004, and increasing from 2004 to 2011. The contribution to the growth rate as a percentage of the gross ocean production and the contribution is approximately the same change trend and the amplitude of variation is both large. Contributions to the larger areas are mainly distributed in the bohai rim region and pan-pearl river delta region and the regional space differences are obvious. Marine industrial structure change and the economic growth have significant positive correlation and the matching relationship is reasonable.
