Regional Entrepreneurial Capital and Economy Growth:Based on Panel Data of Central China
将创业资本引入经济增长模型，用CPEA指数衡量中国中部六省创业资本分布，基于1999-2011年面板数据实证发现创业资本水平低且分布不均，对经济增长有显著正向影响但作用较弱。
This paper introduces entrepreneurial capital as a factor to economy growth model, and uses CPEA index to measure the distribution of entrepreneurial capital in the 6 provinces of Central China(six provinces of Shanxi, Henan, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi). Based on panel data of 1999-2011 in this region, this paper empirically studies the relation between entrepreneurial capital and economy development. The results show that: in Central China, entrepreneurial capital stays at a low level, and the distribution is unbalanced among different provinces; Though the economy growth in this region is mainly pushed by inputs of material capital and human capital, and entrepreneurial capital shows weak strength in stimulating economy growth, the coefficient is significantly positive in influencing Central China's economy growth; As for the 6 provinces, the relations of entrepreneurial capital and economic growth are significant except for Shanxi and Hunan, and high entrepreneurial capital deposits always lead to high influence of entrepreneurial capital on economic growth.
