Abstract

It probes into an evaluation model of RD/GDP input performance on the basis of the fact that the current RD/GDP input performance is relatively lower in our country.Considering that the is actually a continuous process,as well as the input effect on the process,the input process should be regarded as a RD study process,by which knowledge will be accumulated and thus the yield will be enlarged.The input has a kind of contribution of knowledge to the production.With a series of assumptions,it puts forward the evaluation model of input performance.Based on the model analysis,the conclusion can be drawn that the comparatively lower knowledge elasticity coefficient(corresponding to the distribution and usage efficiency of knowledge) and RD study efficiency(corresponding to knowledge production efficiency) are two of the important causes of lower RD/GDP in China.
