This article analyses the background and survey of Individual and Private Economy in Guangzhou,when we compared the indexes of Individual and Private Economy,the conclusions of Individual and Private Economy's spatial distribution in Guangzhou coming forth:①the core of Guangzhou city has the upper specialization and density of Individual and Private Economy.②the margin of Guangzhou city has the upper proportion in service and more labor force per-enterprise;at last we explain the result by remarking the history、motive mechanism and the operational space of production-typed and service-typed enterprises of Individual and Private Economy.
