Impact area and Timeliness of Rail Transit to Value of Property:Base on Demonstration Analysis about Chongqing Rail Transit 2~(nd) Line
基于重庆轨道交通2号线的实证分析,研究了轨道交通对物业价值的影响区域和时效性,发现大渡口区的影响区域最大达2.5公里,且影响在轨道交通全线开通运营时显现。
Basing on demonstration analysis about Chongqing Rail Transit 2nd Line, the paper studied the impact area of it to value of property, the result indicates that the impact area of Chongqing Rail Transit 2nd Line to property value of Da Dukou District is the biggest, reach 2.5 km; besides, the paper studied the impact timeliness of Chongqing Rail Transit 2nd Line to value of property, discovereds when the rail transit totally starts working and is open to the traffic.
