THEORY AND APPLICATION OF QUANTITIVE EVALUATION OF PORT LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE
构建了基于德尔菲法和层次分析法的港口物流绩效评价模型，用模糊综合评价法计算综合绩效，并以宁波、青岛、大连、上海港为例验证，结果与实际发展吻合。
Increasingly the port has become the focus of economy,pushing port logistics comprehensive evaluation that is one of the really necessary needs to enhance competition power.This paper sets up analysis model of port logistics arrangement based on the application of Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),furthermore,and constructs the index system of logistics performance assessment.And calculates every index weight with the weighting method——Gl based on differential principle,appraises comprehensive performance using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Using average weighting method we get every quantitative appraisal factor index and educe port logistics comprehensive performance outcome.The verification by experiment of Ningbo port logistics performance is a real response of performance status;the comparative evaluation among Qingdao port,Dalian port,Ningbo port,Shanghai port logistics performance are completed,the evaluation results anastomose basically with actual development of these ports.And provide theoretical foundation for development and correction of these ports.
