The Form Evolvement and Mechanism Analysis of Mixed-Use Settlements Based on the Specialized Market:Empirical Study on Commercial-Residential Community Under the "Yiwu Pattern" of Zhejiang Province

Mixed-use settlement is the integration form of economic unit with dwelling block. Taking the specialized market as the growth pole, mixed-use settlements become the carriers of commerce-oriented urbanism in Zhejiang, and directly promote the regional economy-dwelling synergy. With empirical study on Yiwu, this paper analyzes mixed-use settlement evolvement under specialized market. Firstly, commercial-residential paradigms and forms are illustrated according to the types. Secondly, the spatial evaluation on mixed-use performance is given by commercial-residential overlapping activities. Lastly, through the diversity, compatible and elastic regulation principles, the adaptable mechanism is proposed for mixed-use settlement development based on the specialize market.
