The social and economic development of China is now in a key stage. Therefore,it will be an important task in a long period how to insist on the scientific development theory to realize the architectural energy saving in Chinese specialty. Scientific assessment on architectural energy saving is the essential work. We should start on basis of reality and take in the regional specialty to apply the advanced energy saving technology for distinct purpose instead of simple copy of the technologies from developed countries. The limited fund of research and human resources,as well as the investment,should be used to the technology and products suitable for China,and we should take the way of sustainable development of ourselves.
