The Main Functional Subdivision Research of Limited Developing Ecological Zones——Take Tongxin County of Ningxia for Example
以宁夏同心县为例，用主成分因子分析和聚类分析将限制开发生态区划分为弱、中、强和禁止开发区四类，并针对不同类型提出监管、调控、治理和禁止等差异化限制开发模式，为协调人地关系、促进区域发展提供策略。
Limited developing ecological zoness affect ecological security in China,especially,the contradiction between ecological protection and economic development is outstanding recently in the poverty-stricken areas and the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities.The methods of principal components factor analysis and cluster analysis were used to classify the main function of limited developing ecological zones in Tongxin County,Ningxia,China.And limited developing ecological zones was divided into 4 types,that is,the weak,middle,strong and prohibited development zone.Accordingly,different restricted development modes for the 4 types were applied with supervision,regulation and control,governance and prohibition,respectively.Finally,strategies for limited developing ecological zones were concluded based on the characteristics of the various types of functional areas,that is,the coordination of human-land relationships and the promotion of regional development.
