A STUDY ON THE COUNTERMEASURES OF EXPLOITATION AND PROTECTION OF WATER AND SOIL IN HUNAN PROVINCE
以湖南省水土资源为整体，科学评估其开发利用现状和问题，提出因地制宜的开发保护设想，通过合理配置协调水资源与生态环境关系，提高利用效率。
Taking water and soil resources as a whole, this paper makes scientific evaluations to the developmental utilization situation and existing problems of water and soil resources in Hunan province, and then pointed the assumption of further exploitatoin and protection of water and soil resources for the purpose of taking measures suitable to local conditions in light with structure and function of water-soil system, and coordinating relationship between water resources and eco-environment and increase water and soil utilization efficiency by means of rational allotment and distribution.
