STUDY ON HENAN POPULATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ACCORDING TO THE FIFTH POPULATION CENSUS OF CHINA
利用第五次人口普查的河南数据，分析了该省人口数量大、文化素质低、老龄化快、城市化水平低的特点，并针对就业压力大、人才短缺等问题提出了人口管理对策。
The population quantity of Henan is the biggest in China and which enhances population management is very important.The population development and management of Henan has been reviewed synoptically by utilizing the Henan data of the Fifth Population Census of China and we sum up that the character of Henan is that population quantity bigger,popultion culture quality lower,the progress of aging faster and the lever of urbanization lower.We else find that the large employment pressure,the number of talent little,the system of talent management incomplete are the key problems in our talent management.At last,we make an counterplan analysis on population management of Henan about idea and institutional innovation,continung to control the number of population,improving the quality of population,quickening the lever of urbanization,showing concern for aging and opening up the outlet of employment.
