Sino-German Comparison of Environmental Regulation in Urban Detailed Planning
本文提出一种编码方法，对中德两国城市详细规划中的开发规制（包括建筑和土地利用的类型与程度、可建设地块面积、基础设施和公共设施）进行比较研究，并得出主要技术发现。
This article focuses on the issue of development regulation in urban detailed planning,including the regulation on type and degree of building and land use,plot areas which may be built on,infrastructure and public utilities.Integrating qualitative and quantitative measures,a coding method has been proposed to facilitate the research.The Sino-German comparative study of development regulation in urban detailed planning has been accomplished by applying the coding method.Based on the research,some major technical findings have been identified.
