The Development of Urban Agriculture in the Construction of New Countryside:Conception and Observation
梳理了国内外城市农业的概念，指出发展城市农业是推进新农村建设的契机，但基于北京农村政策与实践的观察，批评了城市农业脱离村民参与和社区复兴的问题，建议发挥其经济、社会和生态综合作用。
It points that to develop urban agriculture would be an opportunity in promoting the construction of new countryside.The author sorts out the conceptions of urban agriculture used in the literature domestically and internationally.It is argued that urban agriculture should represent a new mode of upgrading the agriculture in China under the background of rapid urbanization.However,based on the observation of rural policies and practices in Beijing,the author criticizes that in some rural area,to develop urban agriculture is isolated from the participation of common villagers and the regeneration of rural communities.In conclusion,it is suggested that urban agriculture should play its comprehensive role economically,socially and ecologically,so that the villagers' income could be increased collectively and the ecological conditions in agricultural production and rural community could be improved simultaneously.
