Industrial Enterprise Relocation and their Implications to Contaminated Site Management——Beijing and Chongqing Case Study
研究了北京和重庆自1990年以来工业企业搬迁的时空分布，发现搬迁对象多为中心城区污染企业，搬迁与城市功能定位和整体布局相关，遗留场地污染严重，亟需加强污染场地管理。
With the continuous deepening of the process of urbanization,as well as to adapt to the demands of building environment-friendly society,the phenomenon of industrial enterprises relocation has been firstly appeared in the more developed cities in our country since 1990.In this paper,information were collected from Beijing and Chongqing which are regarded as the more developed cities in our country.The distribution of space-time and industrial enterprise relocation were explored with the development of the cities.The results indicate that the object of the relocation is usually the polluting enterprises located in central region.Industrial enterprise relocation is related to both position of the urban function and overall rational layout of city.The large-scale relocation is consistent with urban development stage.Most of the wastelands left by the relocation of industrial enterprises(also known as site) are likely to be seriously polluted and have high potential risk.Therefore it is the urgent need to carry out management of the contaminated sites to protect the urban environment.
