Urbanization is a temporal-spatial diffusion process of urban civilization. Based on Spatial diffusion model, this paperis trying to integrate temporal and spatial dimensions in predictive model of urbanization. Applying temporal-spatial interactionmodel、spatial-temporal auto-regressive model、initial potential and inherent potential model to urbanization study, the paperprovides a new idea and a new approach to understand and analyze the regional temporal-spatial regular pattern.
