ASSESSMENT OF URBAN LAND INTENSIVE USE BASED ON PSR MODEL:A CASE STUDY OF GUANGDONG PROVINCE
基于压力-状态-响应模型和主成分分析法,评价了广东省21个城市的土地集约利用水平,发现地理位置和经济发展水平是影响空间差异的主要因素。
Urban land intensive use index system based on the Pressure-State-Response(PSR) model is established and applied to assess urban land intensive use level of 21 cities in Guangdong province with the assistance of principal component analysis method.PSR framework and principle component analysis is feasible and helpful in land intense use assessment since its advantages in describing Man-Land relationship of land use system and the essence of urban land intensive use.The research shows that geographical location and economic development level are the most important factors which affect the spatial differences of urban land intensive use of Guangdong province,and land resources abundance also exerts a profoud influence on it.It is concluded that not only land output,but the ability of adjusting system pressure status and feedback mechanism as well should be especially emphasized in improving land intensive use level.
