THE CHANGES OF RURAL LAND SYSTEM: INVOLUTION OR NORMALCY——AN ECONOMIC INTERPRETATION
回顾中国成立后农村土地制度的变迁过程，发现改革应尊重农民意愿、兼顾个人与集体理性，并以农民发展权和有效产权配置为关键，为当前土地改革提供理论指导。
For the most part, the academic discussions of the reform of rural land system based on the normative knowledge, which were quite limited. This paper tries to review the changing process of rural land system after the founding of China and find the internal logic of such changing. Then we find that the reform of rural land system should comply with the awareness and willingness of the farmers, the unity of individual and collective rationality is its direction, it should be based on the development rights of the peasants and an effective allocation of property rights is the key to the success of this reform. Under the guidance of such theory, we should discard the limitations of the various existing models, clarify the historical experience, and consequently the current land reform in China could be improved.
