Analysis on Mode of Cluster Development for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Clusters
基于中间系统组织理论，从供应链视角分析中小企业集群的网络效应，提出基于净效应最大化的利益分配机制，并归纳五种集群模式，为中国中小企业集群发展提供建议。
Based on the theory of intermediate system organization,supplementary explanations are proposed for the inner conditions of small and medium-sized enterprises clusters. From the perspective of supply chain,the network effect of small and medium-sized enterprises clusters is analyzed,and the mechanism of benefits division and counting methods that are on the basis of maximizing the net effect are suggested. Five existing types of cluster mode are generalized as following:endowment of natural resources,chain of various industries,accumulation of knowledge,share of basic facilities and drive of outside force. Suggestions of accelerating the development of Chinese small and medium enterprises clusters are presented.
