Abstract

With the analysis of Mayang County Association registeredMayang Citrus certification mark and its effectiveness, ,The paper disclosed that registered trademarks by association is a path of raising farmers organized and promoting agricultural brandedand and strengthening the protection of geographical indications in China.At last,the paper provided some suggestions about how to encourage Association to regist trademarks.
