The Comparative Study of Urbanization in Coastland and Inland: the Case of Suzhou and Deyang City
比较苏州（沿海）和德阳（内陆）的城市化条件、动力、空间特征和关键问题，探讨新形势下中国城市化的发展道路和政策。
Regional difference is one important character of China’s urbanization,especially in coastland and inland.Suzhou city,located at the developed Changjiang River Delta,one famous coastal city for historic heritage and foreign economy,has maintained the rapid growth of urbanization for 30 years .Deyang city,located at the Chengdu Plain,one focus city of the Wenchuan earthquake,just begins the rapid growth of urbanization.Based on the planning practice on Suzhou city and Deyang city,the paper will give a comparative research of the urbanization condition,impetus,spatial character and key problems etc.Furthermore,the paper will discus the development road and policy of China’s urbanization under the new condition.
