RESEARCH ON THE TRENDS OF LOW CARBON ECONOMY IN FOREIGN COUNTIES
分析了经济地理的四种转向，将国外低碳经济研究归纳为七个方面，指出其注重实践和数学模型应用但存在适应性问题，并为未来研究提出建议。
In the 21st century,the low-carbon economy is a hotspot for scholars.This article begins with a brief analysis on the four shift of the economic geography:system turning,cultural turning,relationships turning,and ecological turning,to explore the theoretical basis for the development of low-carbon economy that is the specific ideas for the ideological of regional sustainable development and ecological civilization,and its essence is the turning of regional socio-economic development model.It analyzes the studies of low-carbon economy in foreign counties and grouped them into seven different aspects:the assessment and prediction of carbon emissions in different types of regional,the applied research on evaluation model of energy and carbon emission in different scales,the carbon compensation mechanism and its governance,low-carbon economy,governance mechanism,the research on carbon Tax System,the definition and assessment of carbon footprint,and the development mode of the low-carbon city.Based on this,it makes a brief evaluation on the foreign researches of low-carbon economy.It believed that the foreign scholars pay more attention on the practice-oriented research on the low carbon economy,and their methods focus on the application of mathematical models,but still exist adaptability problems of the model,policies and mechanisms.At Last,it presents the following suggestions to the future research on low carbon economy: research and design the mathematical model that accord with the situations in developing countries,such as the evaluation and forecasting model on regional carbon emissions,the relationship model on energy and climate change policy,and so on.Research the mechanism and approaches of the region's low-carbon development mode,and with the comprehensive integration perspectives of multi-disciplinary,and multi-angle.
