RESEARCH OF HARMONIOUSNESS DEGREE OF URBAN FLOOD-CONTROL SYSTEM,SOCIETY AND ECONOMICS SYSTEM
研究了城市防洪系统与社会经济系统的和谐度，建立了评价指标体系，计算了鞍山1979-2003年三个系统的和谐度并提出了改进建议。
Harmony degree of urban flood control system and society-economy system is studied in term of harmoniousness,and a set of appraisal index system about the urban flood control system,the social system and the economics system is established.Subsequently,it puts forward a model about the harmoniousness degree,then it calculates and appraises the harmoniousness degree between three systems of Anshan from 1979 to 2003.Finally,it proposes some suggestions about improvement of harmoniousness degree.
