RESEARCH ON THE REGIONAL FACTORS SCALE EFFICIENCY AND THE INFLUENCING FACTORS' EFFECTS
利用随机前沿分析和超越对数生产函数，测度1986-2005年中国要素规模效率的时间趋势与区域差异，并分析城镇化、工业化等微观因素的影响。
This paper uses the Stochastic Frontier Analysis(SFA) and Translog Production Function to access the time-trend and regional difference of the scale efficiency of factors of production in China.It also analysis the influence of micro-factors based on the non-efficiency function.Speaking in general,the efficiency which estimated with influencing factor is more precise.The efficiency showed a general upward trend during 1986-2005,although it appeared some fluctuations under the drastic change of economic environment.The efficiency of the eastern and western have the same trend,but the efficiency average growth rate of the eastern is significantly faster than the central and western after the 90s.The efficiency gap between eastern and western was gradually expanding.On the other hand,the internal differences in the eastern and western were showing a trend of convergence.Urbanization,industrialization,specialization and other micro influencing factor factors reflect different effects on the efficiency in the different regions and developing period.Therefore,regional policy and development patterns must make specific changes for different development characteristics and regional characteristics.
