To undertake industry is the booster to accelerate regional economic development.How to choose the undertaking industries scientifically is the problem to be solved immediately in central regions.This article analyzes industries that have transfer trends in five provinces and one municipality of eastern regions in China according to regional industry agglomeration indexes,as well as it analyzes competitive advantage in industries through industrial gradient coefficient in central regions,at the basis of summing up the current situation of undertaking industry transfer.Finally,according to the provincial industry characteristics and undertaking conditions,it identified the key industries which can undertake the eastern industrial transfer in central provinces to undertake.
