ON THE REASONS OF THE GOVERNMENT INTERVENTING REGIONAL DISPARITIES
探讨中国改革开放后地区经济差距扩大的原因，指出市场机制无法自动缩小差距，因此需要政府适度干预来纠正市场失灵。
Since China's reform and opening,its regional economic disparities have the tendency of being increasingly enlarged.Toward the regional disparity,there is the depute of liberal economy or government intervention between the school of neo-classic economic growth and the school of self-reinforced economic growth.The article finds out that although the market has some autonomic neo-classic inter-regional equilibrium mechanism,but it is just a long-term trence,moreover,there are many factors which will restrain the equilibrium mechanism.Therefore,this paper points out that the market mechanism can not shorten regional disparities automatically in a short time,so,moderate government intervention must be adopted,in order to correct the failure to solving the problem about regional balanced development of the market.
