THE EVOLUATION OF CHINA RURAL WORKERS' OCCUPATIONAL STRUCTURE AND ITS IMPACT ON THEIR INCOME
分析了1993年以来中国农村劳动力职业结构的变化，发现工业就业比例对农民人均纯收入有显著正向影响，且职业分布在东中西部地区存在路径依赖。
This paper analyzes the occupational structure and its evolvement of Chinese rural workers and its influence to the net income per farmer since 1993,fastening on indexes of Gini Coefficient,index of centralization,coefficient of differentiation and means of stepwise regression and so on.The study takes province as researching units as well as east,west and middle regions of China.This study shows: ①the distribution of rural workers in various vocations is different,the provinces with higher convergence degree of rural workers employed in industry,wholesale,retail trade and restaurants mainly locate in east region,whereas,as for agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishing,west and middle region is favored;②the distribution in provinces of rural workers employed in industry is the most unbalanced one and takes on a situation of enlargement,the most balanced one is agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishing;③the occupational structure of rural workers in east,middle and west regions takes on the characteristic of path dependence;④the proportion of rural workers employed in industry is always an significant variable which have an active impact on the net income per farmer,in addition,that in transport,storage and post also presents strong effect since recent years.
