基于株洲市商业用地数据,分析了容积率和建筑密度对土地价格的联合影响,并提出了两者的联合修正系数编制方法。
According to the investigation in Zhuzhou city ,this article analyses the joint influence on land price proudced by floor area ratio and structure density in the case of commercial land. Furthermore, the author puts forward the compilation method about the united amendable coefficient of floor area ratio and structure density.
